Pros: "Roomy, comfortable, smooth ride, great visibility"

Cons: "static shock from cloth seats in winter"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"Bought this truck new (second new F-150 in my lifetime) and it's by far the best vehicle I have ever owned. A smooth ride, quiet and comfortable, rides better than any other truck I've owned and every bit as smoothly as many of the large sedans I've driven and owned. This model was Ford's 50th anniversary model of the F-150 and the only reason I did not give it a ten rating across the board is because, had I waited one more year before purchase, it would have come with four doors instead of three. My next truck, if ever, will be another F-150."

"I have owned this 2000 Ford F-150 4x4 for the past 13 years. It has always be a dependable truck. And with only 80,000 miles it has plenty of life left in it! It has never been in an accident, never had any major mechanical problems, We have serviced this truck on a regular basis. This truck is an overall great truck."

Pros: "Reliable & long lasting"

Cons: "It got old, like me."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 8

"Bought 3yr old with 83k miles. Have used for 15+ yrs and now has 210k. Avg 13mpg city and 16.5 hwy. Showing it's age now. Engine & tranny solid, the rest is all expected maintenance such as the rear end whining, front end needs rebuilding. Has an intermittent check engine light for the camshaft position sensor circuit but since the sensor itself is ok I have to chase down the electrical circuit and fix before this years' CA smog test. In 15 yrs all I've had to replace was the heater blower motor and a temperature sensor sending unit (spark plugs, filters, serpentine belt & brakes don't count here.) Everything else is original equipment. Kinda like an old pair of comfortable shoes I just can't give up yet."

"Owned the truck for 13 years and have only put 38,000 miles on it! I bought it in 2002. It's a great running vehicle, just may be ready to buy a new one if the price is right!"
