"I bought it in 2006. with 118.000 miles I'm the second owner' I kept up with the required maintenance an ounce of prevention.
Since the day I bought it/ the engine has always started on the first turn of the ignition/ there have been a number of repairs needing to be done in 2015. which should be expected considering the miles on it, also this is the first American made vehicle I've owned that has gone above 200,000"
"I bought this car for $4000 with 135000 and in 2013 and spent $8000 in repairs to get to 160000. This car has been in the shop at least 2 days a month scents I bought it. I don’t think the car has run a whole 5000 miles without a break down. 3 transmission, 3 coolant problems, wiper motors, ball joints, most of the window leek, half of the locks don’t work, half the window don’t work, and the back door won’t open."
"Riding comfort suffers as this is built on the truck chassis. Overall reliability has been very good on this vehicle through 15 years. As a second car now, it may continue to meet the need for another 15 years!
AS newer models show, a more configurable design would allow fo a folding front seat for long loads or a seat for more passengers. But for 2000, this is a competent, dependable vehicle. Even at this age, I would not hesitate to take it on another cross country trip."
"This vehicle runs but it needs a few repairs. Needs new fuel pump, tires, alignment. The A/C works but it may need a new compressor. I have a new EGR valve but I could not get the old one off. Just put new front wheel bearings and hubs, brake pads, and stabilizer links on a few months ago."
