"I bought this Escape four years ago with 72000 miles on it, I know have 108000 miles on it and have enjoyed it every mile. I've bought one set of tires and did regular oil changes, no other problems. I wish they still made this style of Escape because it's more like a truck for pulling my boat or trailer. I know it was built on a Ranger frame. The new ones are just another cookie cutter SUV that is mostly car."
Cons: "Heated Leather Seats, DVD players for the kids"

"All miles are freeway. OUTSTANDING fuel mileage, Nothing less than 29 MPG and depending on how you drive, it could be as high as 32 mpg. BTW... this is a SUV! Great power, great vehicle. Leather heated seats, state-of-the-art dual headrest DVD players for the kids. Only a few very minor little scratches here and there."
"I bought my ford Escape limited edition in Mar 2010 and in December 2010 the transmission went bad. It doesnt have power and now is November 2011 and the transmission problems are starting again. It's the worst car I ever owned. I like how it looks but that is all. This SUV is not reliable and the transmission breaks down a lot."
