I own this car - My approximate mileage is 180,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "Like the everready bunny, it keeps going and going"
Cons: "blind spot"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"This has been one of the best cars I've owned. For the first 90000 miles we used this car to pull a 2500 lb trailer from city to city. Our workers abused it, reaching towing speeds of 98 mph according to our gps, yet the car didn't complain. After retiring from the circuit, it has been our daily driver, for both local and long distance trips. The transmission is finally getting balky, and I'm probably going to replace it and continue to drive this car. It still doesn't burn any oil, and has no other mechanical issues I'm aware of. We get 24 mpg at ordinary highway speeds. The interior is now showing a little wear, especially around the gear shift/cupholder area, where that plastic covering always wears. The seat fabric is still like-new. This car has surprising power, enough to tow our trailer without acting like it was overloaded, and without having the drive train die despite unbelievably hard effort. The only negatives I have about this car are that it has a large blind spot, and the hood is high enough compared to front seat levels to interfere with forward curb vision on occasion (even though I am over six ft tall). Also, sych proved to not be for us, it just about drove us crazy, so we have not used it."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 89,000
overall rating 8 of 10rating detailsPros: "Fun to drive and it makes you feel safe!"
Cons: "Doors are too heavy for children to open."
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9
"Bought a 2007 Edge SEL in 2011 and still have it. We did have to have the wheel bearings replaced shortly after purchasing, but nothing else thus far. It handles great in the snow and is comfy for long trips. Perfect for a family of four, but too small for a family that is bigger. I love the size of the "trunk" space because we have two large dogs that fit comfortably in the back. It gets fairly decent gas mileage (18 to 19 in town and 22 to 24 hwy). The interior is nice and of high quality. The sound system is adequate (nothing special). Wish it had a tow package and other features (but other models do offer that). I would purchase another Edge; however I think out next vehicle will be larger (third row seating) to accommodate our expanding family."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 40,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "Smooth ride with tons of room"
Cons: "None that I can think of at the moment"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"Overall our 2010 Edge has been a great crossover. It drives likes a car and has tons of room comparable to any mid sized SUV. The interior could certainly be improved (which it was in the new 2011 model) but is perfectly fine and comfortable. Other than a new battery and a minor sensor glitch, we've had no problems with our Edge and are completely satisfied with its versatility and quality. There isn't much to say other than you really can't go wrong if you decide to buy one new or used."
