Awesome Vehicle

"This vehicle rocks! I bought the car with 120000 on the ode and I now have well over 220000. We have not done a thing to this vehicle except regular maintenance (we just put our first set of brakes on a couple of weeks ago). We get between 24 and 26 on xway and about 20 overall. The ride is smooth with decent power and rear seat room is great. The trunk is cavernous. You could throw Jimmy Hoffa back there and still have room for a few sets of golf clubs."

Ultra-Reliable Car

"Purchased my 1995 Crown Vic LX with 80,000 miles. It now has nearly 160,000 miles and I have never had a single engine/transmission issue. The only problem I have had with the car was the driver side power window regulator which failed and had to be replaced. This has to be one of the most reliable cars available."

"PRIMARILY MY WIFE'S RIDE, BUT I ALSO DRIVE IT ON OCCASION, AND I'M THE OFFICIAL PIT CREW FOR THIS CAR FOR 17YEARS. FROM A MECHANIC'S & AUTOBODY PRO'S STANDPOINT THIS CAR HAS FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. SO NOW I'M GONNA BUY A 2011 CROWN VIC."

Great reliable car

"I work at a repair shop, and have never owned one of these, but most of our customers have over 150,000 miles on them and are still going strong. One customer has over 250,000 miles on his!! They are great cars and I highly recommend them. Just make sure you get all the fluids changed regularly (not just the oil), just like any other ford. If they looked a little more stylish, I would buy one in a heartbeat."

Good car

Pros: "space"

Cons: "to large for a college student"

"I have the Crown Vic LX. Its a large car runs well will take a couple hits and keep on coming (doesn't mean that I've been in a crash.)Plenty of space in the trunk and in the car. Definitely knows how to pick up speed. Brakes well. Handles very well for a car of its size."
