I own this car - My approximate mileage is 197,000

Pros: "great running and very reliable,very comfortable"

Cons: "as they get older the bumpers crack or break,"

Great vvan for family trips

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 192,014

Pros: "small work horse/family carrier,fun to mud with"

Cons: "short cup holders ,hard to find parts nowdays"

"when new it had great gas mileage for the time approximately 28 Hwy has plenty of space to seat 7 comfortably with rear A/C radio controls towing package and top rack were included its been a great vehical for the past 20 years being driven 100 miles a day for the past 2 years it has a few leaks here and there but ive kept everything the best i can had to replace brake booster last year it finally had enough springs, shocks are still holding up almost like new, V6 3.0 4x4 has been through mud holes ranging to 15+ inches deep and still has the power to squall the tires from a dead stop had to sort out a distributor cap misalignment #3 and #6 were not firing but all is well now after 10 minutes of tinkering only issue i have is the small work space in engine compartment but thats what you should expect from a short front end. wish they still made the aerostar model not to impressed with the windstar it cant even handle itself through a little mud"

"I Have Had The Car For 16 Years And It Still Runs Like If It Is Taken Out Of A Dealership. When I Go Take My Car In For A Test, The Workers Say "This Car Runs Better Than Most Cars On The Street!" We SEE Cars That Are WAY Newer And Have More Troubles Than Ours! We Are SO SO Happy We Bought A Ford!"

"I plan to drive it until it dies. Bought it 11/2/1996 - raised 5 children and every time I think about getting rid of it - I can not find cheaper more reliable transportation."
