I own this car - My approximate mileage is 22,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsLikely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I bought my 2005 Mamba edition srt 10 the day after Christmas. It was the most I have ever spent on a car. Usually wait until much moore depreciated. I haven't regretted the buy one second. No matter how bad of a day I have had I can take this race car out and instantly smile. By the way racing exhaust, shifter and cold air intake tops off the experience with 565 hp. Must be ready and pay attention. Will grab the road and grip to imperfections. Turns heads everywhere and compliments."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 40,000
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsPros: "low maintanace , very powerfull. good highway eco."
Cons: "ruff ride. engine heat felt on cabine"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"car has jaw dropping looks without the high cost and maintanace of a ferrari or lamborhgini. competes with the best cars in the world with a lower price tag. this car is the true american muscle car. I will pick a viper any time over a corvette because both cars look almost the same in numbers and vallue but the vipers are a lot lower in production. Go out any day of the week and see tons of corvettes and u might never see a viper."

"I recently traded my 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona Hemi/RT for this viper. Major adjustment, The viper has a very tight cabin area for its occupants. But once you get in the car and those seats wrap around you and you hit that red start button,You are all smiles after that..great car."

"Even now that my 2003 Viper is 8 years old it continues to turn heads. Everone has a Vet but most people in America will never even see a Viper, much less own one. The workmanship on the car is impeccable."

"Excellent driving machine like no other american made car, the corvette has nothing on it... All though not your ideal day to day driving vehicle, The Viper is a beast when its time. Avoid cold, wet, stormy conditions as with any super-car... This car is for the grip the wheel with both hands driver not the "let me talk on the phone while I run this errands" driver. The design has been slowly evolving from the first RT-10 models and is truly like nothing else, completely unique and iconic. Will ride turns hard and hit the straights even harder. I have had several vipers no problems except with the exhaust on my oldest GTS. I have other exotics as well and am a fan of the Corvette. Also I want to point out the people who leave a "review" with no text thats not a review it's a rating, and to the person that stated the new viper is not a true viper with out suicide doors... you do realize the "Viper" never had suicide doors... V10 from 1992 until the projected 2012 the viper isn't a classic but is definitely a legend."

"I have been a car nut all my life and have owned Porsches, Vettes, Jags,A Mazada RX7Twin Turbo ( Scary fast!) and I just purchased a 2004 Viper a few days ago. Traded in a 2000 911 Carrera Porsche Cab that I owned for 5 years. The car I bought has 5,000 miles and I got it for $42K. First impressions, Very rough ride, super looks, powerful machine! Only question for Chrylser is what is with the HUGE HEAT COMING FROM THE SIDE EXHAUST??? You would think they could insulate the pipes and solve this problem. I drove it home from dealer and burned my leg getting out in the garage. I called a local dealer and they said common problem and no fix. It is an assume car and I plan to keep it for a while as a "Sunday Driver". But I will be alone as my wife can't exit without buring her leg. Great car but got to wonder what the designers were thinking when they decided to vent exhaust on sides of car without proper insulation! Plan to keep it for a while but will probably trade for 911 Turbo some day."
