Pros: "Great sound barrier - Smooth ride - Leg room"

Cons: "engine & brakes replaced at 40,000 miles"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

My 6' son sprawled out & relaxing in the car during a camping trip. He's very happy!

"At 40, 000 miles a new engine was installed At 40,000 miles 4 new tires At 40, 000 miles brakes had to be replaced At 80,000 miles brakes had to be replaced again I'm concerned if the engine will need replaced any moment. I was not attracted to this car at the time of purchase. I had my eyes on a smaller vehicle. I have grown to LOVE it. I was fortunate to be able to have it worked on without an immense amount of financial stress. If it wasn't for that, I would be an extremely angry owner. This car rides smooth, very smooth. The sound barrier is incredible! It has a comfortable amount of space for tall folk's legs, It is now my SEXY car. And, it has my son's gum stuck in it's seat, forever. As long as I can afford to fix it's engine and brake problem, I will buy another!!!!"

Pros: "Amazing driving performance, acceleration/braking"

Cons: "Nothing except dealing with dealerships in my city"

"I love this car and have had it for 8 years. It looks brand new and has new parts, thanks to Dodge warranty work;it is a beautiful red and has only about 3 small dings on driver's door. Have no kids and don't eat in car or haul stuff so immaculate inside."

Pros: "sporty with a rim/tire upgrade"

Cons: "heavy car/ v6 HO doesn't really have enough power"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 8

"Owned this one for about a year and a half. Police model (extra stuff) Heavy car, ok gas mileage. 250hp V6 is really not enough for this icon of the American youth. I put deep dish 22's and a 30 series tire which makes it look great. Limo tint all around. Black metal flake paint makes it look dirty even when clean. Would not recommend this color. 3 bodies will fit in the trunk. Good value for this car and a lot of LOOKS!!!!!"

Cons: "Funky intermittent engine problem"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"Bought my 2006 Dodge Charger SXT 3.5L V6 2 years ago and love it. Its awful (-ly fun) in the snow but that is to be expected with a RWD car in CO. Bought it used with 90k on it, 135k now and have had a few repairs done but nothing outrageous. Gets decent gas mileage, its fun to drive, looks more expensive than it is, (well mine does at least) and is an awesome car all around."

Pros: "Looks great with lots of interior room and HP."

Cons: "Sloppy steering, premature engine failure."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 1

"This car was great until the engine died just short of 125,000 miles. Engine replacement will cost me over $6000 and that's more than the car is worth. Looking on various message boards, it looks like premature engine failure is not uncommon with the 5.7 liter Hemi engine. Posters say that the engine block is steel and the head is aluminum (why???). These metals expand at different rates. I never drove it hard and my engine wasn't even overheating but somehow the valves were damaged, pieces fell into cylinders 6, 7, and 8 and the engine was trashed."
