Pros: "plush, quite, handling, power, pretty, stereo"

Cons: "Mpg. seats heavy, difficult to repair / access"

"Purchased this van from original owner w/ 220,000k. Beautiful old girl! Pearl White. Classy, no. MAJESTIC van. Love the way she handles, and the POWER! In an emergency situation where you need to get out of the way, all you have to do is step on it! DONE! Eats a little bit more fuel than I care for, but having the available power to haul loads, tow stuff, and climb hills is great. Removable seats are VERY HEAVY! Can haul full 8 by 4 sheet of plywood."

Pros: "Easy to drive and very comfortable seating"

Cons: "Noted for transmission failures"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 8

"Other than normal oil changes and minor mechanical repairs the only major replacement was a transmission over 3 years ago. Pull a small boat less than 1500 lbs. overall weight. Love the 2nd row captains seats. Nothing manufactured today comes close. The stow and go on new models are uncomfortable comparatively speaking I would love to get a new one just like it. But it does not exist. Looking to replace it within the next 6 months.\ A good vehicle for an around town , just getting old and don't want to take long trips @ 155000 miles on old betsy."

Pros: "Super versatile, good on gas, very comfortable."

Cons: "No cup holders for the middle seats."

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

"I have owned this car for many years and she is still going strong! Just started rusting in the last 2 years or so, but I don't wash it very often and I live in northern michigan so I see a lot of salt. Replaced the alternator and there are some electrical issues with the back ww so we disconnected it. Had to replace the struts(?) but again... live in the north and there are a ton of dirt roads and pot holes. Love how roomy it is. I took out the middle seats and moved the bench up, now it's like a truck and a car. I have moved just about everything with this! When I eventually replace this it will be will another one!"

Pros: "Very comfortable, easy to maneuver."

Cons: "Speedometer placement, more legroom for driver"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"The only changes I would make in the design of this car is that the speedometer should be centered for the driver's view, and I would provide more legroom for the driver. I didn't feel there was enough legroom. I am 5'7" and felt a little cramped in the legroom department even after adjusting my seat as far back as possible. Other than that, this is an excellent vehicle for our growing family. Well made, worth the $ and all the promises it made for decent gas mileage were correct."

Pros: "Reliable, dependable, flexible transportation."

Cons: "Low MPG in hills and traffic (avg 20-22)"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 9

"I bought this used in 2007 with 121,000 miles on it and it's still running strong. This has been one of the most flexible and reliable cars I've owned. It's still on the original engine and transmission. I've replaced many less-expensive parts as they've worn out, but it's been a fantastic daily driver and I still feel confident when driving longer distances (multi-state travel). Family members borrow it on a regular basis to move heavy boxes and furniture from state to state, and it's been a workhorse throughout. I'm seeing some body rust on the wheel wells and under the side doors, but I park on the street in the salt belt, so I'm not surprised. I'm amazed that it's mostly rattle and squeak free at this age. It's been a really decent van."
