"I have had my Sebring for about 8 years. I bought it used with 28,000 miles on it and am now at 162,000. I have replaced both tie rods, the alternator, 2 batteries, ball joints, brake discs and various others. Other than this year I usually do not put more than a few hundred in repairs per year. AC has some issues but they have not figure out why I am on my 3rd blower motor in 3 years, the last 2 replaced under warranty. I drive this car 70+ miles a day, Mon-Fri and shows no signs of slowing down. For a four cylinder it has good power. No plans to sell it. I am going to drive it until the wheels literally fall off, or my soon to be teenage driver son destroys it, which ever comes first."
"have owned car for 10 years. it might be the best cat I have ever owned I doubt I have spent $1500 on repairs since buying. I read the horror stories about these cars, but guess I just got a good one. car runs as well as the day I got it. bought car used one year old and 8500 miles. has no resale value so will run it till it dies but that doesn't appear to be any time soon."
"I bought this car used at the beginning of 2015. It hit 154,000 miles and the engine just simply shut off and wouldn't restart. I had it towed into the shop. It turns out the timing chain tensioners were both toast. Also, a water pump gear broke off and shattered and went down into the bottom of the motor. Cost to fix 1600. Not worth it for a car that's worth 1600. I guess you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend staying away from the Dodge 2.7 Litre V6. They are know for having this exact issue."
"i have had this vehicle for over 8 years with only miner repairs. if you keep up on the maintains like oil changes this car will last you as long as it has lasted me. should make it past 300000 easy."
