"We loved our trailblazer when we first got it. Other than no 4x drive it seemed like a great buy. After 120k miles things started to go bad on the vehicle, lots of parts inside and out began to break. We take care of our vehicles but a lot of cheap parts inside just break or stop working. At 150k miles we began having a lot of engine troubles. So far we have replaced the trany, 2 coil packs, a rusted coolant line, an alternator and radiator. We stopped dumping money into and still have an A/C that only works on full blast and the speedometer quit working a while back. The only gauges that still work are the battery and fuel meters.
We get our oil changed early every time and the engine still runs poorly. Check engine light constantly on with sensors out and just too much to even care to fix now. Very little power in engine, forget towing anything heavy. My '98 Jeep still shreds this vehicle in power. Took it to dealer a few times and they basically told us it's all to be expected...
Would not recommend this vehicle. It has been a money pit for us. Spent over $14k for this vehicle and only 3 years later the value is around $3k. Horrible buy."
"After test driving 10 SUV's, the trailblazer was by far the most comfortable ride. This truck has never let me down and I have not had to put anything into it except for regular maintenance. I would highly recommend this vehicle!"
"We purchased this 2004 Chevy, used in 2006. It had around 30k miles. It has been one of the most dependable vehicles that I have ever owned. It now has 156k miles and I have replaced the alternator, battery, and ignition coil within the past year. Other than regular maintenance this car has not needed much of anything!"
Cons: "VERY lucky, I have no reasonable cons about this."

"I bought this back in 2009. This was a 2 owner vehicle. I have the LTZ FULLY loaded series. I am 6'3 and around 260lbs, this SUV is most comfortable and have been all over the country with this. Have had MINORS troubles with it and has been a VERY dependable vehicle. I do keep it well maintained and always preform maintenance as required on time every time. Gas? About 15 city, but for the comfort to me very well worth it. I feel VERY lucky to be the 3rd owner of such a very clean well maintained vehicle. Would not trade it for the world. Only major problem I have had with it is one time the Bose multi disk am/fm went bad, cost about $450 to have all replaced. Other than that, I feel VERY lucky to run across this SUV. And to think, here when I was out to purchase a vehicle, I was out looking for a pick-up truck and ran across this. I give a 5 star review and just wish they would make more of these...."
