I own this car - My approximate mileage is 118,000

"i bought my 99 tracker from my dad for a great deal so i shouldn't complain but..... the newer canvas top doesn't seal right so its pretty noisy,the interiors pretty cheap, rusts easy, will blow you all over the road in high winds never could get the a/c to work and i wouldn't let an inexperienced driver drive it."

Very nice SUV

Pros: "Real cool for a young person."

Cons: "This tracker is better for a small frame person ."

"I really like these little tracker,s they are fun to drive and easy to work on,I have a v6 I like, but I really like to own a 4cyl.I had owned one a few years ago but i hit a deer and the rest is history,Back then i didn't own a computer,so i couldn't find one as easy as i can now ,thanks to the internet,and thank you Kelly Blue for your information."

very reliable and fun car

Pros: "fun to drive"

Cons: "no back seat cup holders"

"I've really enjoyed owning this car the only minuses to owning it are there are no back seat cup holders. and replacing the water pump was a very big job, better left to a trained mechanic. Otherwise its a great car overall."

"I bought this car in 2003. We are now 2013 and the car has only had one major thing replaced. The water pump. Everything else (knock on wood) is still in good working condition. The interior has held up really well. Some of my friends can't believe the car is 10 years old. Cushions on the seats are still good except the driver one but a good steam cleaning would probably fix that. The things I don't like: the fan for ac or heater is a bit weak. I live in Texas and during the summer we can hit 100 degrees for weeks on end so a great ac is a must. the 4 cylinder is not very powerful, mainly when ac is on. With the ac off it's a decent peppy little suv. Road noise is a bit of a problem and can be quite loud on freeway but cranking radio usually fixes that. That's basically the only complaints I have. Many people have had problems very early on but I guess I can say that I have been blessed because we have had only one mechanical problem in the entire 10 years (knock on wood again!)"
