"This was a great car for my youngest daughter when she turned 16 and had been a good work car for me. Very dependable but has a few oil leaks in the engine and rear axle. Priced to sell as is. The 4 wheel drive has been great when needed."

Pros: "Incredible value, dependability, and functionality"

Cons: "spartan interior, lack of cup holders, road noise"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"Bought new and have been rewarded over and over again by this totally dependable, fun to drive, and functional truck. This is by far the best set of utilitarian wheels I have ever had the good fortune to own or drive. Visibility is outstanding through the ample, large windows. Seat comfort tops, and I am 6ft. 1 inch tall. This truck has seen two daughters through eight years of college, taken me places lesser cars and trucks simply couldn't go with room to pack much more gear than it appears it would hold...and all this is done economically, with about 24 miles per gallon, in mixed driving. Its Toyota engine and transmission are top notch. Body is rigid and tight, as well as suspension. With fifteen years and 100 thousand miles, I am still enjoying the first replacement set of tires, and have never required an alignment or any other suspension work. This is a remarkable, durable vehicle."
