Pros: "Great interior/drives great/very comfortable"

Cons: "Smaller back glass/no fold down cup holder 2nd row"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"This is my 3rd suburban and this one is by far the best GM has made. I like everything about it except maybe the back glass. The view out the back glass is more limited due to size of glass than the previous model and can make viewing behind you difficult at times. Also miss the fold down cup holders in 2nd row. The door option is not as good for kids getting in and out. Other than that, it is a great vehicle to drive and haul kids and dogs around and still have room for everything else."

"The vehicle has some vibrations the second day I had it I contacted dealership they refuse to give a loaner while being repaired. I could not believe I just paid more than lots of people pay for their home for this SUV and dealership would not loan me a vehicle while they repaired my two day old vehicle. I waited until I had the opportunity to talk with Manufacture rep and was told the same thing. I was just out of luck. I could walk while they repaired it. Costumer does not exist with this manufacture once you pay for it you are on your own.Discuss costumer before you buy or you will be like me driving one that vibrates down the road and the seat adjustment will not function."
