"Happy owner of a 2007 Chevrolet Impala LT 3.5 V6. It's probably too soon to rate this car, as I've only gotten it a few days ago, but so far the more I drive it, the more I love it. My roommates all are biased against American cars, but after driving it, they all agreed that they did not expected this car to feel and look this good. My daily commute to work and back home is roughly 7 miles, so this baby will be driven very lightly, hopefully making it last for years to come. I had steering alignment problems when I first got it, but buying a set of new tires and doing a alignment thankfully fixed it. I can't believe how smooth this car is, and so far how good on gas it is. At 90,000 miles the car has it's little scratches and stuff, but mechanically, it feels like a new car. I am very impressed as well at all the equipment the car has. It's Power everything, it's got a sunroof, on-board computer and even an AUX in on the stereo! The only cons so far on this car is that it is way too common, and due to the fact that it is a rental fleet car, and government motor vehicle of choice, it's in my opinion what depreciates the value of it. Also, what's up with not having a lock on the gas cap? And also, for a vehicle this size, you would expect a bigger glove-box compartment. I can barely fit the manual and all the car's documents."
