"I hesitate to trade this car, even for a new Chevrolet Equinox. The six-cylinder engine has plenty of pep, there are enough bells and whistles without many of the extra's now part of every vehicle's package that most older drivers don't want. Plenty of room for four, a squeeze for five, lots of storage space in the rear. Great highway vehicle, great around town vehicle. This is the first car AS AN ADULT that I have held this long, and I am at an age where I can buy what I want without hesitation. I may very well drive this smart and sassy SUV for another 85,000 miles!"
"Bought at retai with miles of 84000. Uses little oil. Gets 22 mpg. Silver seems to work great. Read some reviews. Waiting for something to break. Drive 50 or more miles a day. When cold wiper sprayer freezes. Other times work great. Enjoy driving and looks good. Had new brakes, tires, 4 months no trouble but head light. Bought 2 used cars. Looks like I owe on this car about market value. Hope it lasts. Cover over motor. Must cover a older motor that I hope holds up. 93000 now."
"I purchased a 2007 Chevy equinox from a private seller. Before purchasing, I had a chevy dealership go through the car, they said things looked great. About a month after owning the vehicle, the heat stopped working and the memo "reduced engine power" appeared on the dash. I immediately took it to a mechanic and learned that the vehicle had a blown headgassget, stripped spark plugs, the motor on the windshield wipers was going, the throttle body needed to be replaced and the left front tire speed sensor needed to be replaced. Needless to say, I am not pleased with the vehicle."
