"Bought at retai with miles of 84000. Uses little oil. Gets 22 mpg. Silver seems to work great. Read some reviews. Waiting for something to break. Drive 50 or more miles a day. When cold wiper sprayer freezes. Other times work great. Enjoy driving and looks good. Had new brakes, tires, 4 months no trouble but head light. Bought 2 used cars. Looks like I owe on this car about market value. Hope it lasts. Cover over motor. Must cover a older motor that I hope holds up. 93000 now."
"I purchased a 2007 Chevy equinox from a private seller. Before purchasing, I had a chevy dealership go through the car, they said things looked great. About a month after owning the vehicle, the heat stopped working and the memo "reduced engine power" appeared on the dash. I immediately took it to a mechanic and learned that the vehicle had a blown headgassget, stripped spark plugs, the motor on the windshield wipers was going, the throttle body needed to be replaced and the left front tire speed sensor needed to be replaced. Needless to say, I am not pleased with the vehicle."
Pros: "Spacious, Hauls well, Great speakers, Good 1st car"
Cons: "No Aux plugin, Charger Plugin is in an awkwar spot"

"It was my mom's car, she payed it off and then wrecked it. After my dad fixed the front end and replaced the headlights this beauty was mine. The gas mileage isn't all too bad for a SUV, but as a part time worker/college student of course I'm going to wish it was better. I wish it had an AUX plugin - but I just dealt with that by using an FM transmitter. After 100,00 miles the CD ejector stopped working, and the placement of the front car lighter/charger port thing is a bit awkward. It doesn't feel like I'm driving something to big like a truck, but I do enjoy sitting up a bit higher. The car is easy for my 5'11 long legged self to get in and out of. It's easy to maneuver and is very spacious. I sleep in it during music festivals and It's Bueno so far. I was able to haul a bale of hay and Steer food in the trunk/backseat very well, also my goat made an hour long car trip in the trunk. So you can pretty much carry whatever."
"I have owned this car for a little over 2 years. Bought is car with 47,000 miles on it. 2 months later, I had to take it back due to blown head gasket never mentioned to me. Dealer did fix the issue under the 3 month warranty with car. Fast forwarding 2 years, I now have a blown head gasket again, losing coolant weekly, dead battery, had to replace a (full)rear drive shaft, and have a leaking exhaust. Now all of a sudden without warning, I need to replace a bad engine which will cost me approx. $3000. So the money I used to buy the expensive rear drive shaft went down the drain. So now I have to decide do I fix this car or buy a new one?? This car does drive nice and has plenty of space and storage room but very expensive to maintain. I understand based on the amount of time I drove the car I would have to maintain the vehicle more often but I shouldn't be having major issues that would cost more than just simply buying a new car in that short amount of time. To sum this up, I recommend this car for someone driving mostly local, wants a lower priced Suv, and wants lots of space. Don't recommend this to someone traveling often, and not looking to spend a ton of money on maintenance and repairs. I have all receipts and videos proving everything i'm saying is true."
