I own this car - My approximate mileage is 240,676

Pros: "Cheap to maintain, Comfortable, Fun to drive."

Cons: "Odd Cup holder placement."

"Other than some rust, a few dents, and a small oil leak that needs topped off every 4-5 months, it's the best car I've ever owned. Cheap to run and maintain, I bought mine for 400 2 years ago and other than some problems that the previous owner neglected to mention, have only had minor repairs to be made, and they were just older parts and basic maintenance and worn parts replacement."

My Baby Beasty

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 106,500

Pros: "Smooth ride, excellent heat & AC, good trunk size"

Cons: "Just her mechanical issue"

My Baby Beasty <3

"LOVE this car she is like a little tank on wheels which is why I call her Baby Beasty (Big Beasty is an older bigger car)I buy tough cars. The engine is one that has been rated by shade tree mechanics as one that is nearly impossible to kill with proper maintenance. Her ride is smooth (trust me on that I have chronic back pain) the AC is COLD and the heat is HOT! Our Mechanic loves when we bring her in because the only thing he has had to replace on her is the break lines which anyone living in the North knows that's part of proper maintenance. She is a great around town car. Her only issue is that if her speed gets above 45mph she stalls out when you come to a stop sign or stop light (how annoying) and has to cool down to restart and a leak which I think is related to her issue. The only reason I am forced to part with my baby beasty is because we now have 3 vehicles and 1 driver. She is nearly 21 yrs old and if loved the way I love her and the stall issue is repaired I know she has at least another 10 yrs in her. I'd give this to my grandma if she were still alive!"

This car does not die!!!

Pros: "great running reliability, cheap to keep, 33mpg"

Cons: "ac compressor went out"

"Got this little car in 06 with 68K miles. It gives me about 33mph, great get up and go, cuts through snow, stable on ice. Runs like a dream! Just maintenance. Clear coat paint is peeling and air conditioning compressor went out at about 140K. That is an expensive repair otherwise, I'd buy one again!"

Insanely reliable, great on gas, nice good looking

"The most reliable car I have ever owned. I've owned 4 of them. Love these! My favorite car in the world, 91-92 Chevy cavalier 2.2 I-4 5 speed. The gearing in these cars are amazing also. These cars are FAST! The VL couple (I think) (The base model) Is 2,150 lbs. Extremely light! Great gas mileagle, easily customizeable. You Can do so much to the interior and the exterior AND the engine! If you have the capabilities you can make this car have about 150hp/tq very easily for about 300$ Every single part in this car is incredibly easy to change. Even the engine! There is a ton of room under the hood too! The trannies are good and strong, motors can take a severe beating and just keep going and going. The RS has fold down rear seats, the VL doesn't. The VL is about 200 lbs heavier too. These cars are also amazing in the snow. I learned how to drive standard in my 91. The clutches last forever too because it's so light. It's so simple to get the hang of. There is nothing negative I can possible say about this car it even looks freaking amazing, it is similar to a mustang on looks! And older one, 94 and older but those are the sweetest looking ones. I L<3VE these cars and would recommend them to ANYONE!!"

Bullet proof car

"I have the 1994 z24. I use this car every day for work. The engine runs great, rides smooth, Great in the snow, and handles great on these back roads. I would recommend this car to anyone!"

Great little car - lots of room - great gas mileag

"This is a great car for running errands etc. - mine has over 135,000 miles and still runs well - still has lots of pep and can run at 65 to 70 all day. Gets good gas mileage about 21 mpg around town - much more on hwy. Lots of room - but no power windows or airbag. But it is a fun comfortable little car. Mine has some rust here and there now but still shines nicely when washed and waxed. Only major repairs was to replace radiator, battery and altenator. No leaks, no burning oil runs well."
