Pros: "Comfortable, reliable."

"I bought my Blazer in 2007 with 33K miles. It is a very reliable vehicle and up until this week has never left me stranded. Blazers will eat a fuel pump every 100-125K miles, mine died this week. Other than the fuel pump, the gas mileage is fair, very comfortable and with Bridgestone APT tires, you can't get this truck stuck in the snow. I will be keeping it until it falls apart, since GM no longer makes the Blazer (mistake). Everyone I know who has one loves it! One other note about the stereo: GM replaced mine when I bought the car because the CD player wasn't working, I didn't use it that much at all and it's not working again. If you need a new stereo, don't buy GM. Gas mileage is about 18 in town and 21 on the hwy towing a boat loaded."

Pros: "Was cheap at the time we bought it"

Cons: "Uncomfortable, bad mpg, breaks alot...horrible car"

"We bought this car new, but it is HORRIBLE! everything breaks on it...we've had to replace the feul pump, battery (4x), almost every hose, the radiator, transmission...everything. It is hard to handle on the road, the wind blows you every which way, and teh backseat in just awkward. It is so uncomfortable unless you are in teh front seat and can adjust it however you want (At others expense of course), and it should have a lot more room than it really does. I would never buy this again."

"I've had this car since July 2011 and I generally enjoy the vehicle overall. The size is just right and it makes for getting around town really easy. I think that GM could've contracted with better companies when they built this rig and put better factory parts on it so myself (and so many other Blazer owners out their) don't have to go through replacing some of the parts. That being said a used car is a used car so it comes with the territory. The 4.3L Vortec V6 paired with the 6 Speed transmission is a decent combo I think that they could've milked a little more horsepower and torque outta the motor had it been mated to a 4 speed tranny but that's alright. Reliablity has been great so far though as far as the actual GM Chevy Blazer goes it's a durable dependable harty little SUV that will give you the flexibility and space of a small SUV, the convinience of 4x4, and the get up and go that chevy's vortec engines have been known for."
