2009 Nissan Murano: Sportier and More Sophisticated

In addition to sleeker and bolder new sheetmetal, the second-generation Murano mid-size crossover boasts an enhanced powertrain and wholly upgraded passenger cabin. Nissan's 3.5-liter V6 now delivers 265 horsepower in the Murano (up from 240) and the second-generation continuously variable transmission promises improved refinement and response. Optional equipment highlights include a second-row skylight, power liftgate, 20-inch wheels, rearview monitor and a hard drive-based navigation and music system. Push-button ignition is standard equipment. It arrives in January 2008 at a starting price in the high $20,000 range.
