Inspired by Formula One World Driving Champion, Sebastian Vettel, the Infiniti FX50 Performance Concept will be taking center stage on the automaker's stand in Frankfurt. Save for stating that the Red Bull Racing star and current F1 points leader will be on hand to officially reveal "his perfect Infiniti," the luxury division's press release offered no details on changes that have been made to the 5.0-liter V8 engine, suspension or interior trim of this hot one-off and was accompanied by just this single image.

A quick perusal of the photo reveals several exterior modifications of note on the Infiniti FX50 Performance Concept. Finished in Moonlight White Pearl, it features a revamped front fascia and grille treatment complemented by a new carbon-fiber front apron --  reportedly modeled after the front wing on an F1 car -- along with unique LED running lights. The Vettel-spec FX50 also boasts carbon-fiber side mirrors, rocker sills and a rear spoiler set off by an aggressive wheel/tire fitment and special badging. Currently serving as a global ambassador for Infiniti, Vettel regularly spends time behind the wheel of an FX50 when not strapped into his Red Bull Renault RB7 racer -- which carries Infiniti sponsorship in addition to its primary Red Bull backing.
