Honda to Put Fuel Cell Vehicle in Consumer Hands

The Honda FCX Clarity fuel cell vehicle is coming to a neighborhood near you...if you live in Southern California, that is. Taking that next step in the development of the fuel cell vehicle, Honda has announced that it will put its hydrogen-powered FCX Clarity into the hands of Southern California consumers who meet strict requirements for location, number of vehicles in their household and overall mindset. The four-passenger high-end sedan will lease for $600 a month, including maintenance and insurance. Honda is making this effort as it continues to move toward a commercially salable fuel cell vehicle.
