2009 BMW 128i
It may be the most affordable BMW on the lot, but the 1 Series is still a fully certified driving machine. Manual transmission-equipped and convertible-roofed versions don't qualify (neither meets the 22-mpg requirement), but an automatic transmission-equipped 128i Coupe is fun enough that we wouldn't pass up the clunkers credit.
