"I just purchased a 2005 LaCrosse, one owner and 35K. The comfort, quiet and handling are superb! I like the fact that it doesn't have the GPS, Back-Up camera and DVD player. The car has all of the bells and whistles I need. I previously owned a Subaru and a BMW and got very tired of all the expensive maintenance. I am looking forward to driving an American Car that has a timing chain and not a timing belt to worry about. I meticulously maintain my cars and look forward to getting at least 150K or more from this car."
"This vehicle has excellent ride, tight fit, and noise reduction. It is a pleasure on trips, it has power in traffic, easy to park. It has been reliable. I have replaced the battery, tires, and I have replaced filters with K&N air, cabin and oil. I think this was the first step in Buick Styling. Again the fit and finish makes the cabin an Oasis."
"The car is very reliable very quiet even with over a 100,000 miles on it. Brakes wear well engine and transmission are great. No problems, drive train is still smooth powerful and very quiet. Interior is very durable and looks great even after 10 years use. I am looking to buy a new Buick because this one was so good."
"I bought the car brand new - one driver.
I like this car very much. No mechanical problems whatsoever
replaced battery, Auto has 4 new best Goodyear tires - new brakes. The car has a very smooth ride - heavy - no bouncing around. Interior is very spacious and comfortable."
"Engine is smooth, powerful, exterior and interior styling of this Lacrosse Super is eye catching and luxurious. This is truly an American effort at matching the German sedans. With the Northstar platform engine, it will push you back into your seat in an instant. The leather interior is equal to my BMW. Standard features were unexpected, such as heated seats, power seat for passenger and the remote start is very convenient on hot and cold days. XM radio capability is a nice touch. Everyone who rides with me is impressed and all are surprised as the performance is definitely not what they expected out of a Buick. It takes a while for the eco engine to shut down cylinders but on a trip to florida from La. I was averaging 29 mpg."
"Comfort, Value, Style, and Interior room my major reasons for purchase. And have not been disappointed. Performance has held up through the years. Have also enjoyed the interior features. A lot of highway miles for me. Decent city mileage. Good visibility and braking for safety.
The only thing; the suspension and handling after 6-7th year of use noticeably changed. Though I've only done the minimum of maintenance. Mysterious Slate Grey color and finish has held up well over time. Though I just have a carport. Appears Dark Green or Dark Blue in different lighting. Always complimented upon by others. Wish I could trade up to another Buick!"
