I own this car - My approximate mileage is 30,000
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsLikely to recommend this car? (1-10): 1
"Bought this car from a customer of my family's business and I absolutely LOVE it! I could not have asked for a better car or a more affordable price. We bought this car for $2500 and it has been perfect. Roomy and comfortable interior, handles well, great gas millage, and an excellent sound system. My only complaint is that the cassette tape player does not work, but that is a small price to pay for such wonderful car."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 140,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "Cheap parts, great gas mileage, comfy"
Cons: "Needs more cup holders"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I have owned several cars over the years as I love to switch up every two or three years, but recently I purchased a 1998 Century Limited for $1,100 and have been very impressed with the quality of the vehicle. Since parts for it are dirt cheap, I got an assessment, purchased all the items I needed and then had a cheap mechanic get it running for me. Now I can burn rubber and the car really looks nice. I spent a total of $700 to replace the wheel hub assembly and cv axle, cam and crank sensors, tune up and new tires from a wrecked Century. It rides as smooth as my Cadillac did without the maintenance costs. All I need is a cheap paint job for $400 and I can easily see my car for $2700 as KBB suggests if I ever want to sale it, but the gas mileage is amazing for a such a nice sized car. I would need a Toyota to get the same MPG, but I would rather have the extra room and power. Go BUICK!!"

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 179,000
overall rating 9 of 10rating detailsPros: "Comfortable ride for long distance, very economic."
Cons: "The cup holders in arm rest awkwardly placed, big"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I had recently bought this '99 Buick Century Custom a few weeks back (as is, of course) for little over $1,600. I can tell you now, that even though it's a close 15 year old car, 14 really, with over 175,000 miles on it,some dents and dings mechanical problems and an obvious spray can paint job that's next to poor, it's a really good buy. Very comfortable and economic for a 3 liter V6. I had recently gotten 29.3 miles to the gallon highway/combined on a midsize car that's rated for 17 city 26 highway. Like I had said earlier, it does have it's faults mechanically, though minor (hopefully), and recently being out of a front end collision, it does go like no other. Reminds me a lot of the Olds Cutlass I had a few years back, which was the '93 Ciara model of it. Very sporty/muscle sounding and performing engine with close to Cadillac styled ride and comfort. Very stylish car as well."

I own this car - My approximate mileage is 203,000
overall rating 10 of 10rating detailsPros: "Most Reliable Car Ever, good gas mileage"
Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10
"I purchase this car used from a man in Upstate NY with 150,000 miles on it. He said he changed the oil every 3,000 miles and I needed a car to drive home to Florida. I have driven this car for 53,000 miles more with no problems. This is my favorite car that I have ever owned. It is the most comfortable car for a trip, great interior design, very quiet motor, great gas mileage for such a big car, Overall the Best. I wish they still made the Century. I will buy a Buick every time from now on."
