Pros: "fun to drive low miles for 20 yrs old."

"always parked in garage interior needs help, heat-not elements or neglect. Tried years ago to get it redone- no kits available and no one I could find would get the fabric and reupholster the seats. Looks bad inside but runs great. I have new shocks and struts to be installed and some interior trim pieces."

"I brought this car from a guy last month and it drives great I has a lot of miles and drives better than a Honda with that many miles. BMW cars are built to last. I want to keep this car till at least 250,000 miles. I have the 1995 318i sedan"

Pros: "Fun to drive."

Cons: "Back tires wear fast on 97 model. bad cup holders,"

"As on any BMW or European car for that matter. They do cost more than I'd say the average person may want to pay to keep it going strong. I love BMW. It's your choice. But I would buy another any day."

Pros: "Convertable, fun to drive, stick shift"

Cons: "Body damage, bad interior, no radio, top motor bad"

Likely to recommend this car? (1-10): 10

"The vehicle is listed on craigslist for $2500 with notation that it is kind of a fixer-upper. Drivers door is damaged, conv. top motor does not work, seats covers are badly torn, passenger side window off track, missing molding, damaged valance, etc. Info was very helpful in my decision to make offer to purchase or leave it alone."

"I bought this car for $1000 to fix little issues and sell it , I totally fell in love with it its fun trouble free quick but good on gas so I could not justify letting it go at its stupidly low value its worth more to keep and enjoy."
