2010 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon: More CTS to Love

Not long ago, the Dodge Magnum was the closest thing to a traditional wagon offered by any of the domestic manufacturers. Then, in March 2008, Dodge stopped building it. Cadillac has picked up the torch by unveiling its first wagon ever, scheduled to go on sale in the spring of 2009. The long-roofed CTS will offer all (or most) of the performance, style, comfort and technological conveniences of the CTS sedan, while upping the ante with added versatility and a bigger sunroof. Powertrain options include 304- and 263-horsepower V6 engines, six-speed manual and automatic transmissions, plus rear- and all-wheel drive. The CTS wagon is actually a fraction of an inch shorter than the sedan but delivers almost double the cargo space, while partially hidden roof rails add even more capacity. Will the flexible and efficient CTS Sport Wagon be the car to kickoff a wagon renaissance? We're keeping our fingers crossed.
