By combining manageable dimensions with seven-passenger capacity, a comfortable highway ride with responsive in-town handling and car-like construction with respectable off-pavement capability, the MDX has been one of our favorite SUVs since its introduction for the 2001 model year. In fact, as it trails only the Lexus RX 350 in category sales, the MDX has proven a favorite of many. For 2007, Acura introduces an all-new MDX, designed with new emphases on performance, technology and styling. Fortunately, all the characteristics that made the original MDX so appealing have carried over intact, if not improved.

"I did an extensive research between the Volvo XC90, the Cadillac SRX and the Acura MDX. In the end, due to the reliability of this vehicle, we sided w/ the MDX. This SUV does not disappoint. It feels modern, luxurious and it is cheaper to maintain that a german car. The interior is well laid out and is very stylish. This SUV feels right and you don't feel its size behind the wheel. It drives like car and handles like one. Good acceleration and minimal blind spots. Rear view camera is a must. Friendly SUV for short drivers. We were considering a previous generation MDX but once we test drove the 2007, it felt right and spent the extra $. Highly recommended."

"I got my MDX new in April of 07. I have driven it for 2 years. There have been no problems. Routine maint has consisted of just 2 oil changes!!! The AWD system is excellent. When others were stuck in a "freak" snow storm, my MDX was as sure footed as a mountain goat. It is very solid, rattle free and easy to drive. Controls are simple to use. I don't believe that it's the best looking SUV on the planet, but the interior is well thought out and I would definitely recommend this to everyone!!!"
